The library does not publish a general address yet. Anything about a course goes to its instructor, below; a correction to a text is best raised the same way until there is somewhere better to send it.

Enrolment, grades and anything about a term go to the instructor of record, not to the library. Grades of record live with the institution.

Every passage in the library has a permanent address, so a correction can name exactly what it is about. Open the passage, copy its reference, and send that with the correction — it is the difference between a report someone can act on and one someone has to go looking for.
